Job Description:
ReCellular is the world’s largest electronics sustainability company. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our direct marketing efforts. The role requires leadership, strong business acumen, excellent verbal communication skills, and a keen understanding of direct marketing, both off-line and on-line.
To be successful, the individual selected for this role will:
• Effectively work with suppliers to cost-efficiently produce high-impact campaigns and materials.
• Analyze existing programs and recommend ways to improve them. Look for high potential partners for future programs.
• Negotiate with suppliers to improve cost effectiveness.
• Manage internal resources and external suppliers.
• In addition candidates will have demonstrated success in projecting and analyzing direct marketing campaign results.
Candidates should have a minimum of three to five years Direct Marketing experience, preferably with a major direct marketing agency or company that makes strategic use of direct marketing. A Bachelors degree required, Master’s Degree preferred. Experience in direct mail consumer solicitations is preferred. Candidates must have a working knowledge of how to create, judge, and implement successful direct marketing creative campaigns; mastery of typical direct marketing techniques, benchmarks, and testing methodologies; experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment requiring initiative and a self-starting attitude; and strong analytical, computer software (MicroSoft office suite), written, and oral communications skills.
