Q: How can I place an offer? Offers can be placed by contacting your account manager.
Q: When will the lots be published? The lots will be published on the 2nd and last Thursday of every month by 2pm EST. Q: How long will you accept offers? Offers can be submitted up until Tuesday by 5pm EST following the listing of product. Q: When will I find out if my offer was accepted? Product will be awarded the Wednesday following the placement of your offer by 5pm EST. Q: When will I receive my product? Your product will be shipped with expedited shipping. Q: Are all GSM models sold through acCELLerate? No, at present a limited set of models will be sold in this manner. This list will expand over the coming months. Q7: Can I put in partial-lot offers, or do I need to purchase the total quantity listed for a model? Yes, partial-lot offers can be submitted. ReCellular will determine if they choose to split lots to multiple customers. Q: Will I be notified if my offer wasn’t accepted? Yes, you will be notified by 5pm EST on the Wednesday following the placement of your offer. |
