Q: How can I place an offer? Offers can be placed by contacting your account manager.
The lots will be published on the 2nd and last Thursday of every month by 2pm EST. Q: How long will you accept offers? Offers can be submitted up until Tuesday by 5pm EST following the listing of product. Q: When will I find out if my offer was accepted? Product will be awarded the Wednesday following the placement of your offer by 5pm EST. Q: When will I receive my product? Your product will be shipped with expedited shipping. Q: Are all models in inventory sold through acCELLerate? No, at present a limited set of models will be sold in this manner. This list will expand over the coming months. Q: Can I put in partial-lot offers, or do I need to purchase the total quantity listed for a model? Yes, partial-lot offers can be submitted. ReCellular will determine if they choose to split lots to multiple customers. Q: Will I be notified if my offer wasn?t accepted? Yes, you will be notified by 5pm EST on the Wednesday following the placement of your offer. |

How To Bid on Auction Product
1) When you click the "Live Auction" button you will be asked to Login before continuing. Enter your ReCellular username (usually your email address) and password to continue. If you do not have a ReCellular username and password, click here to register.
2) After signing in, you will be redirected to our Auction website that will list all Auction opportunities. Locate the product or products that you are interested in bidding on by examining the listings. You may also search for specific listings by Product Code, Description, Manufacturer and Condition.
3) Once you have located the product(s) you would like to bid on, enter your bid amount and the quantity in the fields provided. *NOTE: The quantity will automatically default to the entire amount available but it can be changed. You may bid on as many products as you wish at one time.
 
4) When you have finished entering bids on all of your desired products, click the "Place Bids" button at the bottom of the page. After this button is clicked, you will be taken to your Bid Basket.
5) Your Bid Basket will display your bid products with the amount and quantity. Before continuing you will need to confirm these bids by checking the box in the first column. When this box is checked, you can choose to delete the item from your Bid Basket ("Remove Selection") or confirm that the bid is correct ("Confirm Selection"). You may also click the "Return to Main Page" button to continue shopping and add more bids to your Bid Basket.

6) Once you have confirmed your bids, this information is sent to ReCellular for consideration. An email response will be sent to your account to confirm receipt of your bids. You will receive an additional email letting you know if your bid has been accepted or denied.
