Q: How can I place an offer?

Q: When will the lots be published?
The lots will be published on the 2nd and last Thursday of every month by 2pm EST.
Q: How long will you accept offers?
Offers can be submitted up until Tuesday by 5pm EST following the listing of product.
Q: When will I find out if my offer was accepted?
Product will be awarded the Wednesday following the placement of your offer by 5pm EST.
Q: When will I receive my product?
Your product will be shipped with expedited shipping.
Q: Are all models in inventory sold through acCELLerate?
No, at present a limited set of models will be sold in this manner. This list will expand over the coming months.
Q: Can I put in partial-lot offers, or do I need to purchase the total quantity listed for a model?
Yes, partial-lot offers can be submitted. ReCellular will determine if they choose to split lots to multiple customers.
Q: Will I be notified if my offer wasn?t accepted?
Yes, you will be notified by 5pm EST on the Wednesday following the placement of your offer.

How To Use The Search Results

When Buy Now Search Results are displayed, each result is divided into 7 columns. Each column represents an attribute of a specific product that matches your search criteria. The linked column headings will display information on the specific attribute when clicked.

The attributes for each product are:

• OEM - Original Equipment Manufacturer of the product.

• Model - The product description per ReCellular naming conventions. This attribute is a link that, when clicked, will take you to more in-depth product details.
More Information

• Grade - States the condition of the product per ReCellular naming conventions.

• Tech / Frequency - The basis of the operating system (technology) and the mode description of a phone in terms of dual-, tri-, and quad-bands (Frequency).

• Carrier - If applicable, indicates if a product is sales restricted. Some of our products are restricted to sales within a specific country or region. Call your account rep at (800) 441-1544 for product restriction information.
