Q: How can I place an offer?

Offers can be placed by contacting your account manager.

Q: When will the lots be published?
The lots will be published on the 2nd and last Thursday of every month by 2pm EST.
Q: How long will you accept offers?
Offers can be submitted up until Tuesday by 5pm EST following the listing of product.
Q: When will I find out if my offer was accepted?
Product will be awarded the Wednesday following the placement of your offer by 5pm EST.
Q: When will I receive my product?
Your product will be shipped with expedited shipping.
Q: Are all models in inventory sold through acCELLerate?
No, at present a limited set of models will be sold in this manner. This list will expand over the coming months.
Q: Can I put in partial-lot offers, or do I need to purchase the total quantity listed for a model?
Yes, partial-lot offers can be submitted. ReCellular will determine if they choose to split lots to multiple customers.
Q: Will I be notified if my offer wasn?t accepted?
Yes, you will be notified by 5pm EST on the Wednesday following the placement of your offer.

How To Use The Product Search

If you would like to search our Auction product, please click the "Live Auction" button to the right of the search form. You will then be directed to our Auction website. Follow the instructions provided in our How to Bid on Auction Product tutorial to bid on
Auction product.

To search our Buy Now products follow the instructions below:

I. Enter your search criteria in the appropriate fields:

1) Product - refine search by product type (All Products, Handsets, Batteries, Chargers, Components, or Misc.).

2) Manufacturer - refine search to specific OEM.

3) Model - search for specific OEM model.

4) Technology - for handsets, select desired technologies or check "All."

5) Frequency - for handsets, select desired frequency or check "All."

6) Condition - select product condition to search for. For a description of handset conditions, click here.

7) Quantity Available - search for a desired quantity of product. *NOTE: We sell to businesses only. We require a minimum offer of 10 units per item. Your total offer must be 20 units or greater.

II. Click "Search" to enter your information. You may also do a search of "All Products" in the inventory by not entering any search criteria and clicking "Search."
