Q: How can I place an offer? Offers can be placed by contacting your account manager.
The lots will be published on the 2nd and last Thursday of every month by 2pm EST. Q: How long will you accept offers? Offers can be submitted up until Tuesday by 5pm EST following the listing of product. Q: When will I find out if my offer was accepted? Product will be awarded the Wednesday following the placement of your offer by 5pm EST. Q: When will I receive my product? Your product will be shipped with expedited shipping. Q: Are all models in inventory sold through acCELLerate? No, at present a limited set of models will be sold in this manner. This list will expand over the coming months. Q: Can I put in partial-lot offers, or do I need to purchase the total quantity listed for a model? Yes, partial-lot offers can be submitted. ReCellular will determine if they choose to split lots to multiple customers. Q: Will I be notified if my offer wasn?t accepted? Yes, you will be notified by 5pm EST on the Wednesday following the placement of your offer. |

How To Use the Customer Features of the Auction Website
Bid Notes:
You have the opportunity to add notes or instructions to each bid in your Bid Basket and Bid History. Clicking the notepad icon in the last column of the product listing will bring up a small window in which you can add notes or instructions and save them to the product listing to be viewed or updated later.
Bid History:
To view your complete bid history, simply click the "Bid History" link in the top navigation. You will have the option to view all bids by clicking the "Search" button or you may search on a specific date range using the date search. These results will show your bids broken down by pending, accepted and processed. To export this list to Microsoft Excel, click the "Export to Excel" button. ![]() ![]() Click to Enlarge
