Our Use of Information Collected
Your IP address is used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information. Our Web site uses cookies to keep track of your login. The user may utilize this site without cookies being enabled.
Data Security
Presently, online credit card transactions can occur in the Online Store only. Recellular uses a VeriSign Digital Certificate to encrypt all registration any payment information as it is sent over the Internet. The certificate also provides proof of identity to ensure our users of Recellular's authenticity. User passwords and credit card numbers are encrypted in the database. All employees performing work are updated when necessary and made aware of the security policies and practices of the site. Access to data is made through the site Administrator profile. Only the site Administrator has a profile/password that can access the site's collected information. Web security is reviewed periodically, and will be maintained and/or upgraded as necessary.
This Web site contains links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.
E-Mail Links
We use email links located on the "contact us" page and others to allow you to contact us directly with any questions or comments you may have. We read every message sent in and try to reply promptly to every one. This information is used to respond directly to your questions or comments. We may utilize this information to help improve the site and our service to our viewers. We routinely delete e-mails that are no longer required for such use. Your personal information will only be shared with third parties with your explicit permission.
Choice/Opt-out
Our Web site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us by selecting the "I do not wish to receive emails from Recellular" option during the registration process.
Our Web site gives users the option of removing their information from our database to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our service by sending an email to marketmaker@recellular.com with "REMOVE" in the subject line.

User Profile
When a user registers with ReCellular, the user will use their email address and their user selected password. It is the responsibility of the registering party to maintain the security of their password by not providing this information to external parties.

Unfortunately, due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Statement.
