PRIOR to you sending us your phones, we strongly suggest you use our ESN cell phone warranty verification test to check the warranty status of unit(s) you are planning to send back. We cannot accept any product that does not pass this test unless you have received prior approval by ReCellular.

1. Make sure we have your updated fax number on the form.
2. Enter your account number (if you know it).
3. You must notate the ESN number of the phone.
4. List SPECIFIC defect for each unit you are asking us to repair.
